Yes. The law does allow for you to make amendments or changes to your will. This amendment is called a codicil. Codicils must be attached to the will that they are amending and follow the same requirements as the will itself. If it is an olographic or handwritten codicil it must be in the testators handwriting, signed and dated. For a notarial will, it must be signed, dated, witnessed and notarized according to state law.

- Add or remove property
- Remove someone who has passed away
- Add new additions to the family
